This licence is the agreement between you and D.R. Lensing for the meme pack you bought. By opening or using the files you accept it.

1. What you may do (personal and commercial use)

Use the memes in slides, documents, team chat, talks, newsletters, your own social posts, internal tools and client work, for personal or commercial purposes.
Edit them: change the captions, translate them, swap colours, put your own KPI in the frame, and re-render them with the included generator script.
Keep copies of the files on your own devices and in your own cloud storage.
Attribution is appreciated, not required.

2. What you may not do

Resell, share, give away, post for download or otherwise redistribute the files themselves (SVG, PNG or the generator script), edited or not.
Bundle the files into another product, free or paid: template packs, sticker packs, asset libraries, apps, themes or repositories where others could extract them.
Sell physical or digital goods whose main content is the artwork (prints, merchandise, sticker sheets). That needs a separate licence from the Licensor.
Claim the art as your own.

3. Ownership and the AI-made note

The art and the files are owned by D.R. Lensing. They were designed as code by an AI coding assistant directed inside the Licensor's project and rendered by a script. No stock meme templates, third-party brands, logos or likenesses were used. This is disclosed on the product page and here. The Licensor makes no promise about how any jurisdiction treats copyright in AI-made art.

4. Warranty and liability

The files are provided "as is". The Licensor does not promise that they fit any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the Licensor is not liable for any damage arising from their use beyond refunding the purchase price.

5. Term

This licence lasts for as long as you keep to it. If you break it, it ends automatically and you must delete your copies. Sections 2, 3 and 4 survive termination.
